To ensure every visit to 553 London remains exceptional, we kindly ask all our guests to observe the following guidelines across our venue.
The Lounge
Our lounge is a curated space for refined revelry, late-night ambience, and elevated social experiences. To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, the following policies apply to the lounge area only:
- Strictly 21+ in the lounge.
- No ID, No Entry. Valid photo identification is required and will be checked on arrival.
- Security searches will be conducted at the door as part of our safety procedures.
- Entertainment will conclude 30 minutes prior to closing time, allowing for a smooth and relaxed departure.
- A complimentary cloakroom service is available for your convenience.
- Crowd dispersal policy applies: Guests are kindly asked to respect our neighbours by leaving the premises quietly. No loitering or congregation outside the venue is permitted.
- Dress code: Stylish attire only. No hoodies, no tracksuits. Smart trainers are permitted at management’s discretion.
The Restaurant
Families with children are warmly welcome in the restaurant until 8.30pm. After this time, the venue transitions into an evening-led dining and social experience.
Whether you're joining us for dinner or drinks, we invite you to dress for the occasion and respect our refined dining atmosphere:
- Friday to Saturday: Smart and formal attire is required. Hoodies, hats, and tracksuits are not permitted.
- Sunday to Thursday: Smart-casual dress is welcomed, maintaining a polished and respectful standard at all times.
